What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
Is my payment secured?
Yes, it is 100% secured. We work with one of the leading global payment providers – Stripe. Stripe is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable), and uses the most up-to-date SSL and encryption security techniques to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are protected.
Do you accept pre-paid gift cards?
Yes, we accept pre-paid gift cards from all major banks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Your site keeps declining my card, what’s happening?
Our payment processor communicates directly with your bank and automatically accepts or declines payment. Unfortunately, we cannot override the system. If your card is not accepted, please contact your bank or try using a different credit card.
I’d like to change my order items. Can I still do this?
Yes, you can change your order items as long as the items not put in production. However, if your items have gone into production, we can unfortunately no longer make any changes to your order, as everything has already gone into printing. However, if you want to change the order items, we offer 50% discount. Please contact us for further information.
I just realized that I ordered the wrong size – can this be fixed?
Yes! You are able to update your sizing information at any time before your items have gone into production. Please contact us to personalized order or change your order details.
I received the wrong size or color – How can you fix this?
Please contact us with the exact details of the items you received. Someone from our customer service team will be happy to help!
What happens if my item is damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, we will replace the item, provided we have the inventory, at no additional cost. The damaged item need not be returned to Represent. If we are unable to replace the shirt, we will refund you in full, shipping included.
What happens if my item is damaged after washing?
UrbanCitee is not responsible for damage incurred by washing or natural wear and tear. We strongly suggest following the care instructions found on the inside label of the item. To best preserve the quality of your UrbanCitee apparel, we recommend washing it on a cold cycle, inside out, and without tumble drying. By saving energy and protecting the environment, you can give your garments the longest life possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order items have gone into production, we can unfortunately no longer cancel your order, as everything has already been sent to print. If you have questions about your order, please feel free to contact us.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries, all over the world, with the exception of countries where are prohibited from shipping based on international agreements and UPS restrictions. A list of unsupported countries where we cannot ship can be found here.
Where does my order ship from?
We ship out our package from our printing manufacturer located in CA, USA. We work very closely with all shipping companies such as UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc., ensuring fast and affordable shipping services!
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
As everything we do is providing print-on-demand service, your order will arrive 10-14 business days from placing your order. If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our UrbanCitee Support Team.
